摘要: 現代化的民主社會,人民團體或社團蓬勃發展,人們逐漸意識到政府與非營利組織合作的重要性,臺灣由威權政府轉型民主後,本土教育在臺灣逐漸受到重視, 其中「客語薪傳師」擔負客家語文傳承重責大任, 而由客語薪傳師組成的「客語薪傳師協會」, 在凝聚薪傳師共識、教學研究與客語專業研習上極具成效。本文引用歷史制度論、公私協力論與自主變遷理論,探討第三部門的組織變遷——從依賴到自主,以桃園市客語薪傳師為例,論述第三部門由依賴政府資源,進而逐漸減少依賴走向自主發展。; Modern democratic society along with the flourishing development of the global communities, people gradually realized the importance of cooperation between the government and non-profit organizations. After Taiwan’s authoritarian government transformed into democracy, local education has gradually been valued in Taiwan. Among them, Hakka language heritage teachers bear the responsibility of Hakka language heritage. Association of Hakka Language Heritage Teacher has made great achievements in concentrating their consensus, teaching researches, and the study of Hakka language. This study, using historical institutionalism, public private partnerships, and independent change theory, discusses the organizational changes, from dependence to autonomy, of the third sector, taking Association of Taoyuan Hakka Language Heritage Teacher as an example. 題名: 客家社會企業的族群認同之研究; Research on Ethnic Identity of Hakka Social Enterprises
摘要: 近年來,客家地區的社會企業櫛比鱗次。然而,這些社會企業的相關利害關係者們對於族群認同的情況為何?又是否會因為年齡和教育程度的差異,而有不同的客語程度呢?此外,是否會因為父母的族群屬性而影響到自身的族群認同?以上在在皆是吾等亟欲探討的焦點。有鑑於此,本研究分別以族群認同理論和族群邊界理論作為立論的基礎,並輔以文獻分析法和關係問卷調查法來進行深度的析探。研究發現:一、年齡愈長對於客家活動推動頻繁的認知愈強烈;二、教育程度和客語程度呈現負相關;三、因父親的客家族群屬性,而對客家產生強烈的依附感。期望此研究結果可供政府、社企、非營利組織和社會大眾參考。; In recent years, social enterprises in the Hakka area have been more numerous. However, what are the relevant stakeholders of these social enterprises regarding the identity of the ethnic group? Will there be different levels of guest language because of differences in age and education level? In addition, will it affect the ethnic identity of the parents because of their ethnicity? All of the above are the focus of our eagerness to explore. In view of this, this study uses the theory of ethnic identity and ethnic boundary theory as the basis of the argument. And with the literature analysis method and the relationship questionnaire method to carry out in-depth analysis. (a). The longer the age, the stronger the identity of the promotion of Hakka activities. (b) Negative correlation between education level and level of Hakka language. (c) Due to the father’s Hakka ethnic group characteristics, he has a strong sense of attachment to Hakka. 摘要: 社區發展的目的不只是回應社區在地問題,也要發展出一套自我治理的模式,更重要的是,要深入發掘當地社會結構的矛盾與困境,同時培養社區自我治理的能力,為突破此一困境尋找出路。萬華社區協力聯盟是由在地社區組織自發性地進行串聯,此一協力聯盟為何及如何可以持續運作至今,且對社區發展形成相當程度的影響力,其治理網絡的形成、運作與成效是非常值得探討的案例。本研究透過內容分析法與深度訪談法,深入了解聯盟的形成內部運作情形、網絡成員間互動過程及效益,社區組織如何形成有效運作的協力治理機制,其成功經驗可以提供給其他正在推動福利社區化政策的社區組織和政府部門參考。; The purpose of community development is not only to respond to community-local problems, but also to develop a self-governing network. Therefore, it is important to dig deep into the contradictions and dilemmas of local social structures and to cultivate the ability of community to find the way. The Wanhua Community Cooperation Alliance is organized by local communities spontaneously. Why and how this alliance can continue to operate so far, and it has a considerable influence on community development. The formation, operation and effectiveness of this governance network is worth exploring. Through the content analysis and the in-depth interview, this study get a deeper understanding of the internal operation of the alliance, the interaction process and benefits between the network members, and how the community organization forms a collaborative mechanism for effective operation. 摘要: 極端氣候的頻繁出現,讓人類見證全球暖化的恐怖,因此,不僅各國政府致力推動節能減碳政策,民間企業也紛紛以實際行動對抗氣候變遷。企業社會責任(Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR)已從企業管理的邊緣議題,晉升成為永續經營的關鍵項目, 更已成為一種策略性企業社會責任( Strategic Corporate Social Responsibility, SCSR),用以鞏固組織優勢、強化公司競爭力。\n本文運用策略性企業社會責任分析架構,從使命、環境與利害關係人、經營與專業能力等面向切入, 分析解釋台積電選擇綠色供應鏈管理( Green Supply Chain Management)實踐企業社會責任之原因及其成功之因素。結果發現,台積電成功推動企業社會責任之主要原因有: 一、企業使命與企業社會責任高度契合;二、積極掌握外部機會、有效克服環境威脅;三、有效利用內部優勢、克服弱勢;四、發揮典範學習、深化社會影響力。; During the past decade, sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has gradually crept up the corporate agenda. As Galbreath (2006) argues, “Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is ultimately a strategic issue”, CSR is also a strategy to gain a competitive advantage or reduce a competitive disadvantage.\nDrawing on Werther and Chandler’s work (2005), this paper intends to explore the key rationale behind the formulation of TSMC’s CSR strategy and the elements of its success. This research highlighted four core characteristics of TSMC’s CSR strategy. First of all, the TSMC’s goals are compatible with the sustainable development, Second, it successfully converts environmental threats into opportunities, Third, the TSMC maximizes its business strengths to minimize the environmental threats. Finally, the TSMC has established a new paradigm of sustainability and therefore further deepens its social impact.2020-02-05T06:41:58Z
