摘要: 本研究旨在研究新北市國小校長學習領導、教師組織公民行為與教師教學效能關係,並依據研究結果提出建議。首先,進行文獻探討,建立研究架構與工具。其次,以新北市公立國民小學教師為研究對象,透過取樣進行問卷調查,總計有效樣本為438份,分別以描述統計、t考驗、變異數分析、相關分析、多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法加以分析。依據研究結果之分析,本研究主要研究發現如下:\n(一)新北市國民小學校長學習領導、教師組織公民行為與教師教學效能現況良好\n(二)不同「年齡」之新北市國小教師對知覺校長學習領導具有差異\n(三)不同「職務」之新北市國小教師對知覺校長學習領導具有差異\n(四)不同「最高教育程度」之新北市國小教師對知覺教師組織公民行為具有差異\n(五)不同「職務」之新北市國小教師對知覺教師組織公民行為具有差異\n(六)不同「年齡」之新北市國小教師對知覺教師教學效能的分構面具有差異\n(七)不同「最高教育程度」之新北市國小教師對知覺教師教學效能的分構面具有差異\n(八)新北市國民小學校長學習領導、教師組織公民行為與教師教學效能之間整體與分構面皆具有正向關聯\n(九)新北市國民小學校長學習領導與教師組織公民行為對教師教學效能有正向預測關係\n最後,根據研究結果提出相關建議,提供實務應用與未來研究之參考。; This study aims to study the relationship among learning leadership, teachers` organizational citizenship behavior, and teachers` teaching effectiveness of elementary school principals in New Taipei City, and to make recommendations based on the research results. First, the literature review is conducted to establish the research framework and tools. Secondly, taking the teachers of public elementary schools in New Taipei City as the research object, a questionnaire survey was conducted through sampling. The total number of valid samples was 438. Statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and multiple stepwise regression analysis were used. be analyzed. Based on the analysis of the research results, the main findings of this study are as follows:\n(1)The current status of learning leadership, teacher organizational citizenship behavior, and teacher teaching effectiveness of elementary school principals in New Taipei City is good\n(2) Elementary school teachers in New Taipei City of different "ages" have different perceptions of the principal`s learning leadership\n(3) Elementary school teachers in New Taipei City with different "positions" have different perceptions of the principal`s learning leadership\n(4) Elementary school teachers in New Taipei City with different "highest education levels" have different perceptions of teachers` organizational citizenship behavior\n(5) Elementary school teachers in New Taipei City with different "positions" have different perceptions of teachers` organizational citizenship behavior\n(6) Elementary school teachers in New Taipei City of different "ages" have differences in the sub-components of perceptual teachers` teaching effectiveness\n(7) Elementary school teachers in New Taipei City with different "highest education levels" have differences in the dimensions of perceptual teachers` teaching effectiveness\n(8) There is a positive correlation between the overall and sub-components of principals` learning leadership, teachers` organizational citizenship behavior, and teachers` teaching effectiveness in elementary schools in New Taipei City\n(9) Principals` learning leadership and teachers` organizational citizenship behavior have a positive predictive relationship on teachers` teaching effectiveness in elementary schools in New Taipei City\nFinally, relevant suggestions are put forward based on the research results, and references for practical application and future research are provided.There are positive correlations among principal’s leadership for learning, teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior and teacher’s teaching effectiveness.\nPrincipals’ leadership for learning and teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior have a predictive effect on the teacher’s teaching effectiveness.\nFinally, based on the findings and conclusions given above, some suggestions are provided for practical applications and future research.

摘要: 本研究旨瞭解當前臺北市國民小學教師知覺校長學習領導、教師教學創新與教師教學效能的現況。分析不同背景變項的臺北市國民小學教師之校長學習領導、教師教學創新與教師教學效能的差異情形,並探討教師知覺校長學習領導、教師教學創新與教師教學效能之關係以及最後探究教師知覺校長學習領導、教師教學創新與教師教學效能之預測力分析。\n本研究採用問卷調查法,共計抽樣47所學校,發出470份問卷,回收416份,共有376份有效問卷,有效問卷達80%。問卷結果以描述統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析,皮爾森績差相關與多元逐步迴歸分析的統計方法加以分析與探討。\n\n本研究結果結果獲致結論如下:\n一、目前臺北市國民小學知覺校長學習領導為中高程度,以「形塑學習文化」之知覺程度最高,「倡導專業成長」之知覺程度最低。\n二、目前臺北市國民小學知覺教師教學創新為中高程度,以「教學內容創新」之知覺程度最高,「教學理念創新」之知覺程度最低。\n三、目前臺北市國民小學知覺教師教學效能為中高程度,以「班級經營氣氛」之知覺程度最高,「教師自我效能」之知覺程度最低。\n四、臺北市國民小學教師,因現任職務與校長治校年限之不同,在知覺校長學習領導有顯著差異。\n五、臺北市國民小學教師,因學歷與校長治校年限之不同,在知覺教師教學創新有顯著差異。\n六、臺北市國民小學教師,因年齡、服務年資、學歷與校長治校年限之不同,在知覺教師教學效能有顯著差異。\n七、臺北市國民小學教師知覺校長學習領導、教師教學創新與教師教學效能及其各分層面,彼此具有正相關的關係。\n八、臺北市國民小學教師知覺校長學習領導與教師教學創新對教師教學效能具有預測力,以「教學評量創新」的預測力最佳。\n最後根據本研究結果,提出具體建議,以供教育行政機關、學校校長、學術研究及相關單位參考。; The purpose of this study was to investigate the current development of principals’ leadership for learning, teacher’s instructional innovation and teaching effectiveness of Taipei city elementary schools. And to analyze the relationship among the three variables. This study has aimed to predict teaching effectiveness through principals’ leadership for learning and teachers’ instructional innovation.\nThrough the use of questionnaire survey method, data were collected from 47 elementary schools, distributing 416 questionnaires in total Valid questionnaires of 376 were collected with a usable rate of 80% All data were analyzed by the methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product- moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis.\nThe conclusion of this study are as follows:\n1.Elementary school teacher’s perception of principal’s leadership for learning is above average, in which the item “create a student learning culture” was the highest and “advocate for professional growth” was the lowest.。\n2.Elementary school teacher’s perception of teachers’ instructional innovation is above average, in which the item “innovation for teaching content” was the highest and “innovation for teaching philosophy” was the lowest.。\n3.Elementary school teacher’s perception of teachers’ teaching effectiveness is above average, in which the item “class management” was the highest and “teacher self efficay” was the lowest.。\n4.There is significant difference in the elementary school teacher’s perception of principals’’ leadership for learning in terms of position, and principal’s years of school management.\n5.There is significant difference in the elementary school teacher’s perception of teachers’ instructional innovation in terms of academic qualifications and principal’s years of school management.\n6.There is significant difference in the elementary school teacher’s perception of teachers’ teaching effectiveness in terms of ages, years of service, academic qualifications and principal’s years of school management.\n7.There is a positive correlation among principals’ leadership for learning, teacher’s instructional innovation and teaching effectiveness.\n8.Principals’ leadership for learning and teacher’s instructional innovation have predictive effect on teaching effectiveness.\nKeywords: Principals’ leadership for learning, teachers’ instructional innovation, teaching effectiveness

摘要: 本研究旨在探討屏東縣國中校長空間領導、教師工作滿意度與學校經營效能的關係。本研究以屏東縣公立國民中學的教師為研究對象,採問卷調查法,並以「知覺校長空間領導量表」、「教師工作滿意度量表」以及「學校經營效能量表」作為研究工具。透過便利取樣最後共得到387名有效樣本。所得資料經描述統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、積差相關以及多元線性迴歸法等統計方式進行分析處理,並歸納出以下結論:\n(一) 屏東縣國中教師知覺校長空間領導在中等程度以上,在「建構教育空間」層面表現最佳,而在「使用者共同參與」層面仍有精進空間。\n(二) 屏東縣國中教師工作滿意度達中等以上程度,在「人際關係」感到最滿 意,而在「工作環境」仍有進步空間。\n(三) 屏東縣國中教師知覺學校經營效能達中等以上程度,在「社區家長支持與滿意」表現最高,在「學生學習表現」方面有待加強。\n(四) 不同背景變項的屏東縣國中教師在校長空間領導知覺上有顯著差異,30歲以下、博士學歷、規模12班以下、一般地區與偏遠地區顯著較高。\n(五) 不同背景變項的屏東縣國中教師在教師工作滿意度上有顯著差異,博士學歷、5年以下年資、擔任導師、規模12班以下、一般地區顯著較高。\n(六) 不同背景變項的屏東縣國中教師在學校經營效能知覺上有顯著差異,30歲以下、5年以下年資、規模12班以下、一般地區顯著較高。\n(七)屏東縣國中教師對校長空間領導的知覺程度,與教師工作滿意度呈顯著中度正相關(r= .46~ .66)。\n(八)屏東縣國中教師對校長空間領導的知覺程度,與學校經營效能呈顯著中度正相關(r= .56~ .72)。\n(九)屏東縣國中教師的教師工作滿意度與學校經營效能呈顯著中度正相關\n(r= .54~ .71)。\n(十)屏東縣國中校長空間領導之建構教育空間層面、國中教師工作滿\n意度之工作意義與報償、工作環境、行政領導與支持層面,以及\n人際關係層面可顯著預測學校經營效能。; This study aims to explore the relationship between principals` space leadership, teachers` job satisfaction , and school management effectiveness in junior high schools in Pingtung County . In this study, the data was collected from the teachers of public middle schools in Pingtung County. The survey method was adopted, as well as the " Perceived Principal Spatial Leadership Scale ", " Teacher Job Satisfaction Scale" and "School Management Effectiveness Scale" were used as research tool. A total of 387 valid samples were finally obtained through convenience sampling . The obtained data was analyzed and processed by the method of descriptive statistics , t-test, single-factor variance analysis, product-difference correlation and multiple linear regression methods. Below are the conclusions of this study:\n(1) The principal`s space leadership of the middle school teachers’ awareness in Pingtung County is at upper intermediate level, and the performance of "constructing the educational space" is the best. However, there is still room for improvement in the "user joint participation" level.\n(2) The job statisfaction of junior high school teachers in Pingtung County is at upper intermediate level, and they are most satisfied in "interpersonal relationship"\nHowever, there is still room for improvement in the "working environment".\n(3) The school’s operating effectiveness of the middle school teachers’ awareness in Pingtung County is at upper intermediate level, and the support and satisfaction of parents in the community is the highest. However , it needs to be strengthened in the aspect of“student learning performance”.\n(4) The different background variables of middle school teachers in Pingtung County have significant differences in the principal`s space leadership awareness in Pingtung County. There were significantly higher in Pingtung’s high school teacher who are under thirty years old, who has doctoral degree, who works in the school under twelve classes, as well as teaching in ordinary and remote areas.\n(5) The different bacdground variables of middle school teacher in Pingtung County have significant difference in teacher’s job satisfaction. It seemed that there were significanty higher in Ph.D. Educational background, under 5 years of experience, being a tutor, class size less than 12 in general areas.\n(6) The different background variables of middle school teachers in Pingtung Courty have significant differences in the awareness of school management effectiveness. It seemed that there were signigicanty higher in the age under 30, under 5 years of experience, classes size under 12 in general areas.\n(7) There is a significant medium positive correlation between teacher’s awareness of the principal’s space leadership and teacher’s job satisfaction of junior high school in Pingtung County (r= .46~.66) .\n(8) There is a significant medium positive correlation between teacher’s awareness of the principal’s space leadership and school management effectiveness (r=.56~.72) .\n(9) There is a significant medium positive correlation between teacher job satisfaction and school management effectiveness of junior high school teachers in Pingtung County( r=.54~.71 ).\n(10) To conclude, it can significantly predict the effectiveness of school management\nthrough principal’s space leadership constructing the educational space level, junior high school teachers` job satisfaction job meaning and reward, work environment, executive leadership and support levels, and the level of interpersonal relationship in Pingtung County junior high school.

摘要: 本研究主要探討新北市國民小學校長正向領導、教師創新教學與學校競爭優勢關係之現況與關係,透過文獻分析及探究並建立研究架構後,編制「國民小學校長正向領導、教師創新教學與學校競爭優勢關係之調查問卷」,使用問卷調查的方式進行研究資料蒐集,並以新北市公立國民小學正式教師為研究對象,進行分層隨機抽樣,隨機抽取210所學校中的628名教師,可用的有效問卷達618份,接續使用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、事後比較檢定、皮爾遜積差相關及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計分析出研究結果,並歸納以下重要結論:\n一、國民小學校長正向領導現況屬於中高程度,其中以「正向氣氛」表現最高,「正向意義」表現最低。\n二、國民小學教師創新教學現況屬於高程度,其中以「教學理念與技巧創新」表現最高,「經營策略與評量創新」表現最低。\n三、國民小學學校競爭優勢現況屬於中高程度,其中以「學校績效優勢」表現最高,「行政管理優勢」表現最低。\n四、教師兼任行政職務、服務年資達26年(含)以上且任職於49班(含)以上之國民小學,對校長正向領導的知覺程度最高。\n五、教師性別為女性且兼任行政職務,對教師創新教學的知覺程度最高。\n六、教師兼任行政職務且任職於49班(含)以上之國民小學,對學校競爭優勢的知覺程度最高。\n七、校長正向領導、教師創新教學與學校競爭優勢彼此間具有中度至高度相關。\n八、校長正向領導與教師創新教學可有效預測學校競爭優勢並具有正向的影響。\n依據研究結果提出結論與建議,僅供教育行政單位、學校行政單位及未來研究之參考。; The study primarily investigates the current status and relationship among principals` positive leadership, teachers` innovative teaching, and school competitive advantages in elementary schools in New Taipei City.\nA research framework was established through literature analysis and exploration, and a survey questionnaire titled `Survey on the Relationship among Principals` Positive Leadership, Teachers` Innovative Teaching, and School Competitive Advantages in Elementary Schools` was developed. The research data was collected through a questionnaire survey, targeting formal teachers in New Taipei City`s public elementary schools, using a stratified random sampling method, and randomly selecting 628 teachers from 210 schools. A total of 618 valid questionnaires were obtained and utilized for statistical analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, independent-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, post-hoc comparisons, Pearson`s correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The research findings led to the following conclusions:\n1.The current status of principals` positive leadership in elementary schools is rated as moderate to high, with `Positive Atmosphere` being the highest-performing aspect and`Positive Significance` being the lowest-performing aspect.\n2.The current status of teachers` innovative teaching in elementary schools is rated as high, with `Innovation in Teaching Philosophy and Techniques` being the highest-\nperforming aspect and `Innovation in Management Strategies and Assessment` being the lowest-performing aspect.\n3.The current status of school competitive advantage in elementary schools is rated as moderate to high, with `Advantage in School Performance` being the highest-performing aspect and `Advantage in Administrative Management` being the lowest-performing aspect.\n4.Teachers who hold administrative positions, have 26 years or more tenure, and work in schools with 49 or more classes perceive the highest level of principals` positive leadership.\n5.Female teachers who hold administrative positions perceive the highest level of teachers` innovative teaching.\n6.Teachers who hold administrative positions and work in schools with 49 or more classes perceive the highest level of school competitive advantage.\n7.There is a moderate to high correlation between principals` positive leadership, teachers` innovative teaching, and school competitive advantage.\n8. Principals` positive leadership and teachers` innovative teaching can effectively predict school competitive advantage and have a positive impact.\nBased on the research findings, conclusions and recommendations are provided for educational administration units, school administration units, and future research.
