日期: | 2016 | 上傳時間: | 22-Aug-2016 | 摘要: | 目前全世界恐怖組織活動最頻繁，是受伊斯蘭宗教原教旨主義的影響，進而發展成一種激進的意識型態，最後成為極端的全球恐怖主義。在孤狼恐怖主義逐漸崛起的時代中，漸漸成為現代國家最困擾的內部安全問題之一，因此，這類型的恐怖攻擊行動是反恐組織、警察、情報單位等非常難以防制的恐怖攻擊。加上「伊斯蘭國」，在伊拉克與敘利亞快速擴張，引起國際社會極大的震撼，已成為全球最大的區域性非傳統安全威脅。\r\n由於21世紀網路的發展與特殊性，對於恐怖份子來說，如何有效運用媒體製造恐懼是恐怖行動成功的第一步，使的網際網路成為資訊時代中的恐怖份子，藉以宣傳訊息的完美媒介。然而資金募集與流動對於恐怖組織來說，等於是維持生命的血液，因此打擊國際恐怖組織的全球金融活動，應是整體反恐戰爭中最為關鍵的戰役與打擊個別恐怖攻擊行動最重要的環節。鑑此，本文以透過瞭解21世紀恐怖主義的發展現狀，尋求防止恐怖主義蔓延的方法。 Terror attacks happened most frequently currently, influenced by Islamic fundamentalism, and then developing into a radical ideology, eventually turning into an extreme global terrorism. In lone wolf terrorism gradually raised era, becoming one of the most troublesome internal security issues in modern country. Therefore, these kinds of terrorist attacks are very disturbing to police, intelligence units and other counter-terrorism organizations to prevent and control. Additionally, the \"Islamic State\" (IS) rapidly expands in Iraq and Syria, had caused great shock in international community, and also has become the world`s largest regional non-traditional security threats.\r\nDue to the special Internet development in the 21st century, how effectively use the media to create fear, and make Internet information as propaganda is the successful first step for terrorists. However, fund raising and flow are vital blood for terrorism organization. So fighting against the global financial activities of international terrorist organizations should be the most crucial battles against the global terrorism. In the light of this, the article seeks the way to prevent the spread of terrorism, by understanding the current situation of terrorism. |
