| Abstract: | 組織效能是組織理論的核心，也是企業經營「成功」的象徵，而為任何企業經理人刻意追求的鵠的。然而，何謂「組織效能」？它受那些因素的影響？「環境」、「策略」、「結構」？是所有因素抑是部分因素的組合影響？這些因素的重要性又各自如何？本文乃針對上述問題從三方面來探討組織效能與其決定因素之關係：(1)組織效能研究途徑，分析組織效能之不同觀念涵意及其衡量方法。(2)環境、策略、結構（三主要決定因素）個別與組織效能之雙變數關係。(3)環境、策略、結構與組織效能之多變數關係。並藉七個表，對組織效能與其決定因素之關係作一澄清與整理。 |
