摘要: Administrative creativity is a set of group processes through which new ideas are generated and accepted by organizations. Processes of administrative creativity are defined by four separate, necessary activities: the generation and contribution of knowledge, activities of consensus building and defeating divergence, planning for success, and initial implementation activities.
