摘要: Introduction: Dysfunctional beliefs about sleep have been found to be an important factor in chronic insomnia and cancer-related insomnia (CRI). Treatment effect of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia in CRI was found to be associated with reduction in dysfunctional sleep beliefs. Previous studies however used a general questionnaire to assess the dysfunctional sleep beliefs in CRI. The current study aims to: 1) identify dysfunctional sleep beliefs specifically related to cancer; 2) examine whether these beliefs play a more important role in CRI.
