The participants of this study is the professional classroom of the private vocational high school and its users. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the professional classroom performs its expected functions after renovation, whether it meets the needs in use, and to integrate the problems arising from practical use, so as to provide reference for the future improvement of school buildings and future planning of school buildings. This study adopted questionnaire and interview as research methods, and A total of 650 questionnaires were sent out to students and 30 teachers, and 646 valid questionnaires were obtained from students and 26 from teachers. The effective response rate was 99.4% and 86.7%. The data is analyzed by t-test and One-way ANOVA, conclusions of this study are as follows :\n1.Teachers and students give a high degree evaluation on the Post-Occupancy Evaluation of the professional classrooms, with "space arrangement" being the highest.\n2.Teachers and students give a medium high level evaluation on the "classroom environment" and "teaching equipment" of the professional classrooms, respectively by "lighting" and "glass writing board" is the highest. Teachers and students give a high level evaluation on the " space arrangement ", "management maintenance" and "teaching" to give high degree evaluation, respectively by "integral design" , " clean teaching equipment" and "coffee club teaching" is the highest.\n3.Female students and male teachers had higher use evaluation, and the second grade students had lower evaluation. The higher the frequency of use, the higher the evaluation.Students don`t use classrooms for course have higher evaluation, and students who use it after class have higher evaluation.\n4.Most of the teaching equipment in the professional classrooms meet the standards of the Ministry of Education.\nFinally, based on the above results, this study provides suggestions for future school building planning by administrative management units, and for public and private sectors to promote multi-purpose teaching space or related professional classrooms.
