摘要: 我國因社會人口結構改變及各項制度的調整,使陸戰隊兵力來源除了招募外,增加部隊人才的留營意願才是目前的一大重點,畢竟人才培育並不容易,故本研究主要以個人基本資料、工作滿意、生活適應及留營部分構面與留營意願之間的影響,並依據研究結果提出相關建議,以提升陸戰隊志願役人員留營意願。\n本研究將透過文獻回顧,將個人基本資料、工作滿意、生活適應及留營部分等構面與留營意願進行討論,以陸戰隊志願役人員為研究對象,並採用電子問卷方式發放,回收問卷共計525份,有效問卷518,效率達98.8%,經研究分析結果發現(一)在個人基本資料構面中以階級、入營管道、家長職業及家中排行對於留營意願有顯著性,另選項家中排行非長子(女)之志願役人員及入營管道以營轉服及未役社會青年選項較願意留營。(二)生活適應構面中社團活動安排、寢室狀況對於留營意願有顯著性。(三)留營部分構面中以留營慰助金、家庭認同、升遷意願、薪資待遇及還有多久需決定續簽之問題與留營意願有顯著性。
Because of the change of social and demographic structure and the adjustment of various systems, so that the marine force source in addition to recruitment, increase the willingness of troops to stay camp is a major focus, after all, talent cultivation is not easy. This study is about the influence of the intention to stay in the troop between the personal information, satisfaction about job, adaptation of life, and the structure of staying in the troop. According to the results of this study to provide advices to promote the willingness of the enlisted to stay in the Marine Corps.\nThrough literature review, this study discussed personal information, work satisfaction of work, adaptation of life and willingness to remain in the Marine. With Marine volunteers as the research objects, this study used electronic questionnaires, the total number of questionnaires is 525, the number of valid questionnaires is 518, the efficiency of the questionnaires is 98.8%. After the results of research and analysis, this study found (1) in the composition of personal information: rank, the access of joining the Marine, parents` occupations and birth order to the willingness to remain in the Marine are significant. The option is non-eldest son/daughter volunteers and campers are more willing to remain in the Marine with camp transfer and non-servicesocial youth options. (2) The arrangement and bedroom condition of the association in the structure of life adaptation are significant in the intention to remain in the Marine. (3) The question of staying in part of the camp in the face of the camp with relief grants, family identification, promotion will, salary and salary and how long to decide on renewal is significant with the willingness to remain in the Marine.
