以地面雷射掃瞄儀數位典藏校園歷史古蹟建築

Abstract

由於資訊科技不斷的進步，數位化科技已對社會造成革命性的影響，它不只改變人類溝通的方式，也改變了資訊的散播、儲存與傳承。面對如此的轉變，國際間，為了文化資產長久的保存與傳承，各國正積極推動數位化工作，例如聯合國的世界記憶計畫、美國的美國記憶計畫，因此我國也努力推動數位典藏計畫。政大校園內的景觀，隨著世代變遷，本計畫藉由數位化典藏的方式，運用3D雷射掃描，將政大的老建築－果夫樓、志希樓及四維堂，精緻模塑建立建築數位典藏，以保存這些代表政大歷史、具有保存價值的建物資料，避免因天災人禍、環境變遷而破壞或消失。數位典藏可將這些建築物的紀錄永久的保存、維護及檢索取得，繼而傳承與運用。\r\nBecause of continuous progress in information technology, digital technology has caused a revolutionary impact on our society. It not only changes the way of human communication, but also the method in information dissemination, storage. Due to the transition, many countries internationally are promoting the digital work actively for cultural assets preservation and inheritance, such as the Memory of the World project in the United Nations and the American Memory Project in the United States. Therefore, our government also promotes digital archives project hardly. The landscape in NCCU campus is changing with the time change so that this project will use 3D laser scanning technology to modeling and archiving digitally the historic buildings in the National Cheng-Chi University (NCCU)- Guo-Fu Building, Chi-Shi Building and Su-Wei Hall. Through archiving these worthwhile building information, which represent the history of NCCU, it can avoid the destruction or disappearance due to natural disasters, environmental changes. Digital archives can record these building information forever for conservation, maintenance and retrieve.
