我國政府機關文件中心建置之研究

Abstract

鑑於我國各機關普遍面臨檔案庫房空間不足之壓力，本文參酌其他地區的作法，以美國、加拿大、澳洲與中國大陸為例，介紹國外文件中心體制的發展，並藉由對國內機關問卷調查、訪談及焦點團體座談方式，瞭解國內政府機關對於建立文件中心體制的看法，最後加以綜合分析，提出對於我國建立文件中心體制的結論與建議。\nAs the volumes of semi-current records continue to increase, the space of storage has become a series issue for government agencies of our country. In this paper the United States, Canada, Australia and Mainland China are taken as examples to explain their records center systems. In addition, questionnaire, interview and panel discussion are taken so as to understand the opinions of our government agencies. As the result, the conclusions and suggestions are described.
