俄羅斯與台灣參與亞太經合會之研究(I)

Abstract

俄羅斯於1998年成為亞太經合會成員國，而2012年俄羅斯為APEC領袖高峰會輪值主席國，該會議將安排於俄羅斯遠東地區舉行。俄羅斯加入亞太經合會，帶給亞太各國廠商赴俄投資和擴大對俄貿易的經貿誘因。 第一期計畫旨在探析台俄雙方參與亞太經合會的動機、過程與互動模式。透過尋求研究問題解答之過程，希能達成研究目的：（一）瞭解俄羅斯參與亞太經合會的動機；（二）掌握俄國參與亞太經合會的發展脈絡。 Russia became a member of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) in 1998. Furthermore, in the year of 2012 Russia will hold the APEC’s summit in the Vladivostok city of Russian Far East region. APEC is one of the most important Asia-Pacific regional economic organizations. Russia’s participation in APEC activities has raised Russia‘s visibility in the Asia-Pacific region, and made apparent that Russia is an integral part of the Asia-Pacific community. This research intends to analyze the features of Russian participation in APEC activities. The main goals of this research project are to examine the motivation and process of Russia’s participation in APEC.
