摘要: The article presents a case study of the accelerating effect of market demand in the creativity generating process. It illustrates a conceptual framework and suggests that managers include the concept of market demand into the company culture. The framework incorporates market demand into research and development training and remuneration policies in order to compete in the fast-changing society.
