民國五十三年初，國立政治大學與美國密西根大學簽訂合作計畫，在該計畫下，政大增設了公共行政和企業管理兩個學系暨研究所。民國85年，在教育部系所合一的政策下，政大企業管理研究所與企業管理學系合併，成為企業管理學系碩士班。
At the beginning of 1964, NCCU and the University of Michigan signed a collaboration agreement under which NCCU founded the Department of Public Administration and the Department and Graduate Institute of Business Administration. Under the department and institute integration policy of the Ministry of Education launched in 1996, GIBA was merged with the Department of Business Administration to become the MBA Program.
