日期: | 1992 | 上傳時間: | 2-五月-2016 | 摘要: | 少數精英廣泛地影響社會各部門的重大決策，是以來人類社會不可避免的現象。因此，有關這些佔有權力地位的精英之特性與角色，以及其與社會之互動等等的研究，便成為政治學主要的研究範疇之一。共黨政權建立之後，隨著社會與經濟條件的轉變，共黨國家內出現了異於過去共產革命時期及建國初期動員政權下革命性精英的新集團，即技術官僚。但是中共在1978人十一屆三中全會前，則屬於共黨國家技術官僚政治傾向的例外。 The history of the Chinese Communist Party indicates that changes in the leadership composition often reflect broad social, economic, and political changes in the country at large. The newly co-opted Chinese political elites in 1980s highlights all of these changes. |
