| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本計畫延續2003年吳玉山教授主持之國科會「國內政治學專業期刊評比」（以下簡稱「吳著」），繼續評比2006-2008年原有與新增之台灣政治學期刊。除了少數細節微調以外，本計畫研究方法依照「吳著」進行，以求最大之公正性、一致性、與比較性。評比工作項目主要有六項：首先，增刪與核對「吳著」原有與政治學相關之284份期刊，並依照原標準過濾約半數期刊。其次，對於剩下期刊之總編輯，寄發「台灣政治學期刊評比」問卷，填寫有關該期刊之編輯、審稿、與出版等資訊。問卷回收之後，依照「期刊評比編輯品質評分標準」，計算每一份期刊之得分，並予以排序（A），選出第二階段參加評比之期刊約20份。第三，根據原公式，計算各期刊之客觀影響力指數，並予以排序（B）。第四，以執行國科會政治學門2006至2008年專題研究計畫之學者約300人為調查對象，寄發「台灣政治學期刊聲望調查」問卷，對於約20份期刊進行評比，計算各期刊之主觀聲望指數，並予以排序（C）。第五，以序次加總之方法，計算各期刊之（A）＋（B）＋（C）總排序分數，得出總評比結果。根據總評結果與期刊性質分類，以及主持人和共同主持人之共同意見，提出排序與級別。最後，撰寫期刊評比報告，並增加一小節說明本次評比與「吳著」評比結果異同之處及可能原因。 | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | This project follows Professor Wu Yu-shan’s “Ranking of Domestic Academic Journals in Political Science” sponsored by the National Science Council in 2003, and continues the ranking of Taiwan’s academic journals in political science published in the period from 2006 to 2008. Except for some minor revisions, this project closely follows Wu’s ranking methods in order to maximize objectivity, consistency, and comparability. There are six major components in this project. First, new journals are added to those 284 journals listed in Wu’s work; old ones are verified. About half of these journals are filtered out according to Wu’s criteria. Secondly, a questionnaire “Ranking of Political Science Journals in Taiwan” is mailed to the general editor of the remaining journals. The questionnaire includes questions about the journal’s editorial policies and publication information. Returned questionnaires are given scores according to Wu’s “Evaluation Criteria for Journal’s Editorial Quality,” and ranked accordingly (A). The top 20 or so journals enter the second stage of evaluation. Thirdly, according to Wu’s formula, the objective impact factor of each journal is calculated and ranked (B). Fourthly, a questionnaire “Reputation of Political Science Journals in Taiwan” on these 20 or so journals is mailed to about 300 scholars who received the NSC project grants between 2006 and 2008. These subjective impact factors are calculated and ranked (C). Fifthly, using the rank-order addition method to add (A), (B), and (C) together, the total rank score of each journal is calculated and ranked. According to the total rank scores and the category of each journal, a cluster-rank-order table is constructed by the consensus of the project directors. Finally, a final report is completed. A new section is added in order to discuss the similarities and differences in evaluation results between that of Wu’s project and of this project. | en_US |
