| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 中文摘要 本計畫希望透過兩年的計畫，探討海洛因藥癮者的抑制控制問題。第一年希望研發海洛因相關線索的刺激，並驗證其信、效度。以及以看守所及戒治所海洛因使用者為受試，比較其與對照組在GO/NOGO作業的差異。第二年則於Go/No Go 作業中操弄「線索（海洛因使用圖片vs.中性圖片）」及「預期（酬賞vs.處罰）」，探討海洛因藥癮者的抑制控制問題，並探討這群患者的抑制控制符合EV 模式、CD 模式或MCV 模式（Yechian, Goodnight, Bates, Busemeyer, Dodge, Petti 與Newman，2006）。另外亦將探討海洛因藥癮者在Go/No Go 作業表現，BAS/BIS 量表，衝動性及物質渴想間的關係，以說明此群藥癮者的抑制控制與心理依賴間的關係。本計畫希望透過不同面向資料的收集，以及實驗心理病理學的典範，以說明海洛因藥癮者的抑制機制與其渴想、衝動及性格間的關係。 | - |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Abstract This study wants to examine the heroin users’ inhibitory control through two years. The aims of first year’s study are: 1. Developing the heroin-related cue and demonstrating its reliability and validity. 2. Investigating the difference of the performance in Go/No Go task between the heroin-use group and the control group. The aims of second year’s study are: 1. Operating the “cue (pictures of heroin-used vs. neutral pictures)” and “expectancy(reward vs. punishment)” in Go/No Go task, to detect the inhibitory control of heroin users that is consistent with EV model, CD model or MCV model (Yechian et al., 2006). 2. Examining the relations among the performance in Go/No Go task, BAS/BIS scores, impulsivity and craving. The aims of third year’s study are: 1. Examining how the negative emotion influence the inhibitory control of heroin users. 2. Using longitudinal study to detect the relation between inhibitory control and psychological dependence in heroin users. This study adopts the paradigm of experimental psychopathology and collects the multi-level data to detect the inhibitory control and psychological characteristics of heroin users. | - |
