post-modern political economy;new institutionalism;developmental state;developmental institution日期 2009-04 上傳時間 25-Apr-2013 14:13:58 (UTC+8) 摘要 二十世紀末期興起的「後現代政治經濟體」，展現出五個特性：全球化、數位化、現代與後現代議題的糾纏、反分殊化、以及自我表現化。這些特性使得傳統政治經濟學理論逐漸失去解釋能力。本文主張「後現代政治經濟學」的方法論，要具備跨領域、跨分析層次、價值判斷、政策建議、說故事以及新制度論的成份。讀者可以依照七個實用的新制度論步驟，研究絕大多數的後現代政治經濟議題。本文並以此分析法，指出「發展國家論」之不足，而提出「發展制度論」取而代之。 The post-modern political economy emerged in the late twentieth century exhibit five attributes: globalization, digitization, entanglement of modern and postmodern issues, de-differentiation and self-expression. These attributes gradually strip away the explanatory power of traditional theories of political economy. This paper argues that a theory of post-modern political economy should incorporate elements of interdisciplinary analysis, multi-level analysis, value judgment, policy reform, story-telling and new institutionalism. Seven practical steps of new institutional analysis are recommended to study issues of post-modern political economy.
