摘要: 認知行為治療法隨著認知取向成為心理學主流的影響,在諮商與心理治療領域亦蓬勃發展。鑑於過去發展心理學與諮商心理學的相互對話較少,認知治療理論的個體發生學無法與發展心理學的理論相整合,因此企圖根據建構取向的發生認識論以及採取不同認知發展的思考方式做為心理病理的基礎,並以此論述認知行為治療的理論架構。由於不同的認知思考層次各有問題特定的適用性與限制,因此可從當事人的認知思考層次來建立適應不良的病理學基礎,並嘗試提出結合建構與發展觀點的治療模式;最後,作者針對未來研究方向提出建議,期待透過認知發展理論與臨床成果的交互對話,促進跨領域的整合。; As the cognitive approach becoming the mainstream of psychology, cognitive therapy also has developed prosperously. Due to the rare dialogues between developmental psychology and counseling psychology, the ontogeneisis theories of cognitive therapy could not be integrated with those of developmental psychology. The author based on the genetic epistemology of constructivism approach and took various thinking styles of cognitive development as the theoretical basis of psychopathology to justify the logos of cognitive behavior therapy. Thinking styles of various cognitive developmental levels have problem-specific fitness on problem-solving and constraints, the psychopathology of maladaptations could be established from theses cognitive levels of clients, then the author proposed a tentative models including constructivist and development perspectives. Finally, future research implications about this approach were also suggested. We hope that the mutual dialogues between cognitive development theory of developmental psychology and clinical applications of counseling psychology can facilitate the advance of interdisciplinary integrity.2016-09-29T07:37:10Z應用概念構圖於會計教學與評量之研究

題名: 應用概念構圖於會計教學與評量之研究
摘要: 本研究主要目的在探討概念構圖是否可用來協助學生改進學習會計之成效。研究檢視三項問題:(1)概念構圖是否可視為會計教學評量及指導工具,(2)合作情境下學習概念構圖之成效是否優於個別情境下學習概念構圖,及(3)學生對於以概念構圖學習會計的態度是否會影響其學業成就。研究結果發現:(1)概念構圖可以視為代替傳統會計評量方法的另一種可行的評量學習成效之工具;(2)概念圖的另一優點則是可成為施行補救教學的輔助工具,以幫助提昇教學成效,因此概念構圖可以視為教學指導工具;(3)合作情境下學習概念構圖的學習成就顯著高於個別情境下學習概念構圖的學習成就;(4)學生對以概念構圖學習會計之態度對其學習成就有顯著影響,特別是對概念構圖持正向看法的學生傾向於有較高的學習成就;(5)有超過80%的學生認為概念構圖可以幫助整合會計概念。; The main purpose of this paper is to study how concept mapping can be used to help improve accounting students` learning performance. In particular, this paper examines: (a) the applicability of using concept mapping as an accounting instruction and evaluation tool, (b) the effectiveness of different concept mapping situations (individual vs. cooperative), and (c) the effect of students` attitude on their learning performance when concept mapping is adopted. The experimental data reveal several important results. First, concept mapping can serve as a useful tool for accounting instruction and evaluation. Second, adopting cooperative concept mapping can better improve students` performance than using individual concept mapping. Third, the effect of concept mapping on students` learning performance depends on students` attitude toward concept mapping. In particular, students who like concept mapping tend to perform better. 題名: 美國教師學校事故侵權行為與責任之研究
摘要: 本研究主要目的在探討美國學校事故教師侵權行為之有關議題,以了解美國教育當局與法院,對於學校事故教師侵權行為有關課題的處理原則與判決,以作為我國未來司法判決與相關行政措施的參考。本研究採用方法主要為文獻與個案研究法。以查閱各州立法與法院有關判例為主要步驟,探討美國對學校事故教師侵權行為的處理態度與原則。本研究之結論如下:1.美國法院已意識到教師百分之百盡到保護學生責任的困難,因此並不認為學生有受傷之事實,教師就必須負侵權的責任。2.判定教師是否善盡保護責任,美國法院常以一個具有正常智力與知識的成人作為標準,學校與教師應該對可能發生的危險有預知之能力。缺乏應有專業判斷力,往往會導致侵權的指控。3.在學校侵權案中,以疏忽為最大宗。故意侵權次之。法院對疏忽侵權行為之成立,綜而言之有四個檢視標準。其中包括:(1)被告必須具有保護原告不受到非尋常危險的責任;(2)疏忽行為必須是基於違反合理照顧標準;(3)被指之疏忽侵權行為與所指之傷害結果必須有相當因果關係;(4)必須要有因疏忽之侵權行為所導致的具體身體或心靈傷害。4.教師照顧學生的責任並不僅限於校內。教師在教導與保護時,必須檢視其智力、年齡、身心成熟度、以往之醫療歷史等因素。5.校方與教師面對侵權之控訴,其抗辯之理由可包括政府免責權、加工過失、預知危險等。6.侵權案一但成立,法院往往命原告給予賠償,其種類包括補償性賠償、懲戒性賠償,與象徵性賠償。部分州近來已開始採用相對疏忽的理念。; The major purpose of this study focuses primarily on the conditions necessary to establish tort liability for negligence, the majority of tort cases involving school safety, and the legal defenses employed by teachers and local school districts to rebut negligence charges. A brief comparison of legal resolution between Taiwan and U.S.A. related to the school negligence cases is included. Findings illustrate that the basic principles of tort law require schools and teachers exercise a standard of care commensurate with the duty owed and the ability of foreseeability of harm. The defenses to rebut charges of negligence including governmental immunity, contributory negligence, and assumption of risk are also examined.2016-09-29T07:36:42Z台灣地區老人照護機構效率之研究

題名: 台灣地區老人照護機構效率之研究
摘要: 近年來台灣地區人口老化速度持續上升,老人照護問題值得重視,然而,長久以來,國內老人照護機構缺乏全面性、系統性的生產效率評估指標,致使公私部門資源於長期照護市場未能有效配置。本文主旨即在探討我國老人照護機構效率現況,以期提升長期照護市場資訊透視性、改善資源配置。本文研究方法係應用DEA模式,並探討照護品質特性納入DEA模式與否,對照護機構生產效率的影響。此外,本文進一步分析台灣地區老人照護機構的生產規模報酬型態。最後,利用迴歸模型解釋老人照護機構生產效率的主要影響因素。; Owing to demographic trends and developments of family structure in Taiwan, the problem of long-term care (LTC) has gained more attention in recent years. A comprehensive, systemic and objective evaluation on the production efficiency of LTC institutions should be able to increase the transparency of LTC market and improve the allocation of resources. This study utilizes the method of the non-parametric data envelopment analysis (DEA) to assess the production efficiency of LTC institutions in Taiwan. Whether the inclusion of quality indexes into the analysis will influence the estimated results. We also measure the returns to scale of LTC institutions. Besides, the non-parametric test is used to identify the differences of efficiency measurements and the regression analysis is used to isolated possible contributing factors of the estimation results.2016-09-29T07:36:27Z
