摘要: Openness is a movement toward creating a more effective ecosystem regardless this ecosystem is different type of entity such as a government or the industry. Basically, the openness can be three levels: open data, open API, open ecosystem. From the previous research, the study had identified the movement of open data to open API in Taiwan government. This research will focus the movement from open API to open ecosystem and uses Taiwan financial industry as the case study. 題名: 平台的價值共創機制之研究:以台灣大車隊為例
摘要: 一方面隨著網路與通訊科技的快速發展,另一方面藉由同邊與跨邊之網路效應的加值,平台企業這幾年不論是在數量上或是規模上都快速地增加。儘管如此,有關平台經營管理的文獻仍然不多,特別是關於平台企業如何進行價值共創?其機制為何?主要的關鍵影響因素?如何衡量價值共創的績效?等,更是相當欠缺。本研究的主要目的,就是希望深入探討這些重要的議題。本研究在文獻回顧與研究架構的思考上,整合了「服務主導邏輯」的概念,以強化研究中對於消費者在價值共創中的角色之觀察。本研究以台灣大車隊平台為研究對象,採用質性的個案研究方法,輔以Google Analytics工具進行數據分析,得到的研究結論主要包括:(1)平台業者會透過逐步深化消費者服務的價值主張以及開放且即時互動的系統來提升價值共創的效益。(2)平台業者會透過會員積點與綁定數位支付的有效閉環管理來提升價值共創的效益。(3)平台業者會透過數據的有效掌握,激發「消費者」的投入,來提升價值共創的效益。(4)平台業者會透過平台資源的誘因,激發「生產者」的投入,來提升價值共創的效益。(5)平台業者的價值共創績效指標,主要包括:消費者之忠誠度與滿意度的提升,以及用戶數的增加。此績效的提升會進而對消費者的投入以及新消費者的加入,產生正向的影響。; Due to the fast development of internet and mobile technologies and the benefits from one-side and cross-side network effects, both of the numbers of, and the scale of platform firms have tremendously increasing. However, the researches about the management of platform enterprises are still scarce, particularly about the issues of how platforms implement value-co-creation? the mechanism of platform value co-creation? the main influences? how to measure the performance of platform value co-creation? The study aims to investigate these important research questions. The research combines the concept of “service-dominant logic” for framing the framework. The study mainly adopts the qualitative and case study approach for information collection, with supplement of quantitative analysis via Google Analytics. The preliminary research findings include: (1) Platform firms tend to emphasize the value proposition of consumer service through continuous learning, and the open and interactive system to enhance the process of value co-creation. (2) Platforms conducts effective close-loop management by accumulating the membership merits and restraining the digital payment system, in order to enhance the performance of value co-creation. (3) Platform firms tend to activate consumers’ participation through the big data analysis, to enhance the performance of value co-creation. (4) Platform firms tend to activate producers’ participation through the incentives of platform resources, to enhance the performance of value co-creation. (5) The main indices of the value co-creation of platforms include the degrees of loyalty and satisfaction of existing consumers and the number of new users. 題名: 基於合作學習的神經網路進行圖片轉換; Image-to-Image Translation with Cooperative Learning Networks
摘要: 本論文提出了一個新的圖像轉換方法,主要的功能是能實現將某一組被特定標籤後的資料還原近似原始資料的樣子。例如我們將一張真實照片做成一張標籤化的圖片,透過大量資料集的訓練,我們可以讓我們的神經網路學習到標籤化的圖片該如何還原成原來的真實照片,在本文中的實驗部分我們會看到這樣的結果。在之前的論文中已經有人提出對於這個問題的解法,最著名的是pix2pix,此作者使用了conditional-GAN的概念來解決此問題。在我們所使用的方法中,我們提出了一種新的方法,不同於GAN的生成式對抗網路,我們採用生成式合作網路的概念,在本文中我們將這方法命名為Coop_pix2pix。生成式合作網路在之前的作品中,最著名的是CoopNet,我們的作法也是由此出發,將CoopNet中合作網路的概念拿來解圖片轉換的題目,我們可以在後面的章節看到使用這方法產生的圖片所帶來的效果。; This paper proposes a new Image-to-Image translation method. Our work is to restore the original picture from the picture with specific labels as close as possible. For example, we label a real photo to a labeled image. After training by a large number of data sets, we can let our neural network learn how to convert the labeled image to the original photo. We will show the result in the experiment part. There are several previous works solving this problem. For example, pix2pix is a famous work, which uses the concept of conditional-GAN to solve this problem. In our works, we propose a new method. Different from GAN`s generative adversarial network, we use concept of the cooperative learning network. We name this method Coop_pix2pix. CoopNet is a famous example in previous works of the cooperative learning network. Our work based on the cooperative neural networks concept, using this concept to solve Image-to-Image translation problem. 摘要: 在大數據、人工智慧、物聯網及區塊鏈..等資訊技術的推波助瀾下,資訊服務業正式進入智能業務時代,在面對強烈的同業競爭及國際市場的快速變化常會出現資源瓶頸。資訊服務業者基於永續經營及成長需要,無法避免再造或轉型。但如何擬定轉型策略、如何因應轉型來設計智能業務服務系統,實攸關轉型的成敗。台灣軟體業面對國內市場的全球化競爭,如何透過轉型來優化業務資源配置、建立競爭優勢及增進業績成長,是業界亟欲探討的問題。本研究採用個案研究方法,分析個案因商業智能引起的業務轉型策略,並進一步設計開發智能業務服務系統,創造企業可持續的競爭優勢。; With the help of information technology such as Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things and blockchain, the information service industry has officially entered the era of intelligent business. In the face of strong horizontal competition, international situation and rapid market changes, resource bottlenecks often appear. Information service providers cannot avoid reengineering or transformation based on their sustainability and growth needs. However, how to formulate a transformation strategy and how to design an intelligent business service system in response to the transformation is a matter of success or failure. In the face of global competition in the domestic market, the Taiwan software industry must be transformed to operate in a sustainable manner. How to optimize business resource allocation, build competitive advantage and enhance performance growth through transformation is an issue that the industry is eager to explore. This study uses case-study methods to analyze the business transformation strategy of business cases caused by business intelligence, and further design and develop intelligent business service systems to create sustainable competitive advantages.2019-07-17T07:15:48Z
