摘要: 雖然廣播賣藥節目由來已久,其製播內容也因影響國民健康及公眾視聽權益,而屢遭主管機關核處,但目前臺灣卻無相關統計資料及研究可系統瞭解廣播賣藥節目之播出情形,並對廣播賣藥產業進行相關實證調查,以作為監理政策之參考。因此本研究透過蒐集整理衛生機關核處廣播電臺播出賣藥節目之裁處紀錄,先進行次級資料分析後,再採用社會網絡分析,藉以瞭解賣藥節目在電臺分布情形,並剖析該一產業網絡形貌及探 求關鍵行動者,其中研究發現:播出賣藥節目之電臺主要分布在南部與北部;而播出賣藥節目之電臺已從調幅電臺延伸至調頻電臺,從小功率電臺蔓延到中大功率電臺;此外,單一賣藥節目平均會在 4 個電臺播出,更甚者還在 24 個電臺播出,因此廣播電臺播出賣藥節目之情形相當嚴重。觀察廣播賣藥產業網絡架構圖,係由多組供應商(藥品代理商)及通路商(廣播電臺及節目製作單位)所共同組成,並呈現星狀(或放射狀)之網絡結構,且網絡中出現多個 明顯的核心人物,由此顯示成員間連繫速度快,處於結點的關鍵行動者佔有重要地位。另分析關鍵行動者之經營策略,大致循著兩個面向發展:(一)垂直面向:包括產品供應及電臺通路兩類;(二)水平面向:包括外製聯播及聯播系統兩種。不同行動者會依據所擁有之資源而採取差異策略與作法。; Pharmaceuticals promotion programs on radio have been a longstanding problem in Taiwan, and they are frequently penalized by regulatory agencies due to the adverse effects they cause on public health and audiovisual rights. However, statistical analysis or empirical studies looking into such programs and the industry networks behind them have been absent. Thus, the study attempts to make secondary data analysis with the penalties that health agencies imposed on programs that market pharmaceuticals. Social network analysis is utilized to reveal the distribution of such programs among radio stations, and to analyze the landscape of the industry networks as well as key actors. The study finds that radio stations which broadcast pharmaceuticals promotion programs are mainly situated in the southern and northern parts of Taiwan. Another finding suggests such programs have spread from amplitude modulation (AM) stations to frequency modulation (FM) stations, and from low-power stations to high-power ones. Furthermore, a certain pharmaceuticals promotion program appears in four radio stations in average, with some even reaching 24 stations. Consequently, the pervasiveness of programs that market pharmaceutical products should be taken seriously. Two trends can be observed in the development of pharmaceuticals promotion programs and their industry networks. The first trend is vertical, including the supply of pharmaceuticals and the distribution of such products by radio stations. The other is a horizontal one that consists of simulcast and broadcast syndication. Radio stations would adopt different strategies and approaches based on the resources they possess. 摘要: 「資訊設計」乃運用蒐集、整合、呈現轉譯訊息,幫助使用者有效理解的知識,新聞行業日日例行此事,當今新聞保鮮期短暫,時效帶來的挑戰是速度考驗、資訊鉅量或匱乏。本研究借用當代配置智能觀點,探究電視新聞副控室導播緊急製播處理,發現組織雖預先設計資訊環境,但設計並非完成式,而是隨情境變化之進行式。過去導播計畫後再行動,帶頭衝鋒,一個口令一個動作的團隊合作模式,隨著準備時間刻不容緩,已轉向智能在地化,活用周遭資源,成員齊步踏前,集體協力運作。; Information design is to present the delivered messages by using collection, integration in order to help the users understand knowledge in an effective way. The journalism industry performs this everyday. The current issues rely on their immediacy; thus, the biggest challenge is definitely the speed. My research is to discuss how the journalists complete their tasks by using the approach of distributed cognition. The researchers have found some emergent cases in television control rooms that even though the organization has already designed information earlier; design itself is not the present perfect but the present progressive instead. In the past, the TV directors do the actions after thinking through it. One command after another, they lead the TV team as the teamwork pattern. However, with the importance of immediacy, the preparation time has to be simultaneous among the team members. They have developed to be flexible and spontaneous so that they can make a good use of the resources in the TV environment. 摘要: Couchsurfing.com 是一個提供自助旅行者互相聯絡、交換住宿的社群網站, 兼具個人網頁、Facebook、交友軟體、Airbnb 的特性,但又有其特殊性質與運作 方式。本研究欲探討 Couchsurfing 網站中沙發客的信任與沙發主之自我展演的關 聯,究竟如何促成雙方有緣千里來相會。 Sherchan、Nepal 與 Paris(2013)指出信任是讓社群網絡與網路社群成功運 作的重要元素,線上社群之用戶可根據其他用戶的個人檔案、身分及社會資本衍 生出社會信任。在線上系統,信任又分為直接信任與推薦信任。Goffman(1959) 提出自我展演的戲劇理論,自我展演的方式分為刻意給予及自然流露的表現,刻 意給予的表現以語文為主,自然流露的表現則多是非語文的形式。自我展演在網 路上也同樣存在,Couchsurfing 用戶能夠在網站上建構自身形象,傳達給網路社 群中的其他成員,影響成員間線上及線下關係的發展。 本研究對象為 Couchsurfing 會員中的沙發客,以台灣會員為主。採用立意抽 樣以及滾雪球抽樣法。研究欲了解沙發客根據沙發主自我展演的何種資訊判斷對 方的可信賴度?沙發客對沙發主的信任由哪些面向組成?沙發客是否較能信任 與自己具有同質性的沙發主? 本研究結果發現,在 Couchsurfing 網站中,沙發客對於沙發主最主要的信任 來源為推薦信任,用戶藉由獲得推薦和評論累積社會資本,對於信任有重要的影 響。直接信任則為次要信任來源,沙發主的語文及非語文自我展演皆導向直接信 任。沙發主的語文自我展演中,性別及個人自述為影響沙發客信任之因素;非語 文自我展演中,影響沙發客信任的因素包括沙發主的大頭貼、照片、回覆率、最 後登入時間、加入會員的時間、檔案完成度、朋友數。由此觀之,在 Couchsurfing 網站中,用戶的隱性身分建構(Zhao, Grasmuck, & Martin, 2008)是影響他人信 任的重要因素。在沙發主與沙發客同質性的部分,除了性別以外,其他方面的同 質性對於沙發客的信任並無顯著影響。然而女性較男性更傾向信任性別相同的沙 發主,顯示出不同性別使用 Couchsurfing 的經驗可能有所不同。 本研究能夠提供 Couchsurfing 用戶參考,發展在 Couchsurfing 網站上的自我 展演策略,了解何種自我展演方式能夠更容易建立起社會信任,並且為類似服務 的網站設計與發展策略帶來參考價值。 2020-12-22T05:27:21Z
