精神分裂症與許密茲身體現象學

Abstract

精神分裂是種嚴重的精神疾病。研究者雖仍未能詳其原因，但在臨床上已有如 Scharfetter 等人透過身體精神的方式展開治療，並將精神分裂的病徵聯繫至身體與自我關係的失調，但可惜的是 Scharfetter 仍未提供較為周詳的解釋架構。因此本文嘗試以當代現象學家許密茲的身體理論提供另一種解釋的架構。經由介紹許密茲身體現象學的特點，嘗試以身體的五個面向做為身體與世界互動的基本模式，而身體彼此動力關係的失衡則做為解釋某些精神疾病的原因。此篇文章我們將特別談到精神分裂症的身體現象學式的原因。

The schizophrenia belongs to a serious mental disease. Though its causes are still in concealments, psychiatrist Scharfetter etc. have launched such as body-psycho treatments at clinic for schizophrenia, and they try to connect its symptoms to the disorders between bodies and egos. But as we know, Scharfetter still failed to offer one comparatively clear framework to explanation their treatments. In this article, we try to introduce and suggest another framework from contemporary German phenomenologist Hermann Schmitz. With Schmitz, the five body-dimensions are the basic schema for the reactions of the body and the world, so their normality hangs on the dynamic balance between five body-dimensions. It also explains some serious mental diseases such as schizophrenia are the direct consequences of their disorder.
