dc.description.abstract台北於漸邁向世界都市發展之背景下,其產業結構亦產生明顯變遷,產業未來發展方向成為台北發展之重要課題,而其中產業用地為產業發展之重要因子,本文藉由世界都市理論建立產業用地政策檢討之架構,進行其產業用地政策之檢討,研究發現現行產業用地政策有修正之必要,如此才能協助台北都會區進行產業結構之調整與發展,及促進其世界都市功能之提升。
dc.description.abstractUnder the context of Taipei developing toward a world city, its economic structure has changed significantly over the past two decades. The direction in economic development is essential for Taipei`s future development. Land policy in industrial development, among others, is important element for economic development. Based on World City Theory, this paper formulates a framework for assessing Taipei`s industrial land policies. The study reveals that it is necessary to remedy current industrial land policies in order to help Taipei economic restructuring and its future economic development, as well as to promote Taipei`s world city functions.
