中俄經貿關係現狀與發展前景

Abstract

中俄經貿關係是兩國戰略協作夥伴關係的重要組成部分，近年來，在兩國政治關係不斷改善和升級的同時，雙邊貿易也開始擺脫長期徘徊的局面，進入穩定發展的新時期。但從總體看，受到經濟發展、體制轉型、經濟實力、互信度不夠等多方面因素的影響，中俄經貿仍處於較低層次和水平，相互依存度不高。從今後長期發展趨勢看，中俄經貿急需在大專案上取得進展，進出口結構亟待升級，加強地區間合作有待于進一步加強。未來經貿合作將在兩國戰略協作關係中發揮越來越重要的作用，將成爲中俄關係中最活躍的催化劑。

The economic and trade relationship constitutes one important part in the strategic cooperation partners relationship between China and Russia. While the political relationship between the two countries has been in constant improvement and promotion in recent years, the bilateral trade has also broken away from a standstill witnessed in years ago, and entered into a new era of stable development. Notwithstanding of these, with the impact of many factors, including economic developments, system transformation, economic strength, insufficiency of trusts among each other, etc, the economic and trade activities between these two countries still stay at a comparatively low level and standard, and the independence degree between two sides is no high either. Looked from an aspect of long-term trend of development, the economic and trade relationship between China and Russia needs a progress desperately. The import structure needs to be promoted, and the cooperation between the two areas is still to be strengthened. In the future, the cooperation in the economic and trade shall play an increasing important role, and shall become the most active activator in the relationship between these two countries.
