俄羅斯：歷史傳統與當代使命

Abstract

這篇文章將試圖回答以下問題，即俄羅斯應採取何種態度去面對過去和現在的時代使命？俄羅斯找到自我發展形態的同時，正度過終將解決的危機。而回應當代使命的要求在於承襲傳統、加強政府的角色，與迎接不同型態的挑戰。當代俄羅斯人最主要的任務是要保持資源與領土的完整。此一思想必須成爲國家安全戰略與對外政策的主要概念。

The purpose of this study is attempted to answer the following questions: What is the proper attitude for Russians to take to treat the past and to face the current challenges? Russia is getting through a crisis, which will be solved eventually, while finding its own type of development. The challenges facing Russians are how to treat their legacy, how to enhance the role of government, and how to face challenges of different kinds. The primary tasks for contemporary Russians are to preserve the integration of national resources and territory. This idea must be used as the main concept of the national security strategy and foreign policy.
