Abstract

在普欽上台之後，許多人批評他沒有自己獨特的政治經濟改革觀點，也沒有代表任何一個意識型態。然而，個人認為，普欽所代表的是俄羅斯『新興中間派』的觀點；所謂『新興中間派』的意識型態基礎是：將西方主義與俄羅斯傳統的價值觀結合在一起。而俄羅斯傳統的價值觀是普欽用以建設西方式的社會之工具。

Russian President elect Vladimir Putin, who is often blamed to be a politician without distinct ideology and political philosophy represents a “new centrism,” which is based on the unification of the conceptions of the “Western Way” and the “Russian Idea.” His political philosophy foresees that the actual foundation of the policy of reforms must be associated with Western values, while the role of “Russian Idea” is purely instrumental.
