俄羅斯聯邦及其民族共和國的憲政關係

Abstract

本文將以21個民族共和國爲對象，透過對21個民族共和國的憲法內涵以及各民族共和國與聯邦政府的政治互動，來了解21個民族共和國在政治制度設計上所反映出的民族文化特性以及各共和國之間，各共和國與聯邦政府彼此角色及定位上的變化，並嘗試分析俄羅斯聯邦模式在兩岸關係借鏡的可行性。

This author discussed the constitutional content of the 21 republics and the political interaction between respective republic and the federal government. By so doing, the author attempted to understand the national and cultural characteristics reflected in the political institutional design as well as the changes of role-identification between the republics and the federal government. He also tried to analyze the feasibility of applying the Russian Federation model on the cross-strait relations.
