摘要: 北約東擴不只是歐洲內部的事,對全世界都是有影響的,本文主要是以北約三次東擴(1999、2002-2004、2009)和科索沃、喬治亞和烏克蘭事件的經歷來看美國,歐盟和俄羅斯三方在北約東擴之間的反應。
