In school-level evaluation, both internal and external evaluations have their advantages and disadvantages, and serve different functions. Confronting force might also occur resulting from their different evaluation roles. School-based evaluation can self-evaluation ability of school members through workshop training in order to meet the needs of improving schools and accountability. School-based evaluation is in the hope of becoming a permanent mechanism in school administration, and supervising school effectiveness all time.
