Abstract: 在學校層級的評鑑中,內、外部評鑑各有其功能與優缺點,亦可能因評鑑角色的不同而產生對立。學校本位評鑑透過工作坊的訓練增進學校成員的自我評鑑能力,並透過內、外部評鑑的對話,以達成學校改進及績效責任的需求,更期望評鑑能成為學校行政的常駐機制,以隨時檢視學校效能。
In school-level evaluation, both internal and external evaluations have their advantages and disadvantages, and serve different functions. Confronting force might also occur resulting from their different evaluation roles. School-based evaluation can self-evaluation ability of school members through workshop training in order to meet the needs of improving schools and accountability. School-based evaluation is in the hope of becoming a permanent mechanism in school administration, and supervising school effectiveness all time.
