dc.description.abstract	私立大學校院經費籌措主要途徑不外捐贈、借貸、政府補助、學雜費及基金收入等。經調查分析結果發現我國私立大學校院捐贈及基金收入極少，又缺乏政府經費之充分補助，在經費籌措方面過份畸重學雜費。在現行政府公佈之學雜費標準，依平均國民負擔能力來衡量已屬不輕情況下，將來私立大學校院要想使現在素質低落情況，日有改進，本研究對其經費籌措提出下列建議：一、健全私立校院會計制度，並加強董事會籌措經費之責任，增加捐贈資金。二、政府加強對私校補助，由政府撥給清寒獎助學金，並提高政府補助之配合款。三、學雜費在不增加平均國民負擔之下，酌量反應所需經費需求之大小。
