| dc.description.abstract | 中菲關係之發展有其先天地理上的優越條件，因此在一九四九年以後兩國一直維持著相當緊密的關係。但是從一九七○年代初期以後，隨著國際局勢的變化，中菲兩國終在一九七五年斷交，雙方的關係進入僵止期。一九八五年起，我國對菲投資急遽增加，兩國間的實質關係明顯出現了轉機。本文的目的有三，第一，中菲關係四十年的變遷與發展受到那些因素的影響；第二，我國追求對菲關係的突破過程中，例如「菲台互惠關係法」的立法爭議，我國所採取的策略及菲律賓的反應又是什麼？第三，中菲未來關係發展的前景如何？ | |
