| dc.description.abstract | 中韓兩國在經濟發展、人地比例上均頗為類似，惟在公共建設土地徵收上，韓國似較我略勝一籌，其相關法令規章中有關規定，實值吾人借鏡參考。故本文乃就韓國有關土地徵收補償制度之法源基礎、法令規章，予以摘要論述。並針對徵收補償制度，進行兩國相關規定之比較分析，進而檢討我國現行制度上不完備之處，研擬我國未來土地徵收補償制度之改進課題，以資今後健全制度之參酌，冀能有助於今後土地徵收工作之實行，從而建立公私權調和之平均地權土地制度的理想。 | |
