| dc.description.abstract | 管制圖設計的經濟模式在最近三十年已經被廣泛的研究。本研究利用更新理論方法(Renewal Theory Approach)解出兩個非機遇因素下之Ｓ經濟管制圖。與其它的多重非機遇因素製程模式相比較，我們的模式不僅假設更合理且以此方法表示平均循環時間(The Expected Cycle Time)及平均循環成本(The Expected Cycle Cost)會比擴展Duncan的方法或其它的方法簡單容易。文中並以數值例子說明建立Ｓ經濟管制圖的過程及其在製程上的應用。另外，當製程上有多重非機遇因素發生時，其成本模式也可容易的以更新理論方法擴展而得。在實務上，若業者希望以最小品質成本維持製程之穩定，則可依本文所提出的方法建立經濟管制圖。 | |
