Abstract: 本文首先從理論的角度分析師資職前教育的哲學基礎、課程設計、科目安排、特殊科目、以及認可/評鑑等問題,其次,針對課程設計、科目安排、以及認可/評鑑等問題進行調查研究。最後,綜合理論上的考量以及調查研究的結果,提出一些實務上的建議,包括一個師資職前教育的四階段模式、一個教育專業科目安排的參考方案、以及一些有關認可與評鑑制度的建議。
This study theoretically analyzed the curriculum design, the arrangement of courses, the issues of some special courses, and the recognition/evaluation of the educational programs for pre-service teachers. A few questions derived from the above analysis were followed by a survey. Based on theoretical consideration and empirical results from survey, a four-stage model for pre-service teacher education, a suggested curriculum design, and a few suggestions for program evaluation/recognition were proposed.
