dc.description.abstract	貿易買賣風險所包括之種類及範圍甚多。本論文係以各國所採用之貿易政策為基礎，探討有關貿易買賣風險，其主要內容如下：1.第一次世界大戰前之貿易政策，2.第一次世界大戰與戰後之貿易政策，3.第二次世界大戰與戰後之貿易政策，4.第二次世界大戰後之貿易障礙，5.貿易政策與貿易買賣風險，6.結論。近來，關於國家風險之研究，日益被重視，但對於貿易買賣風險之研究，無論國內外，尚無完整而有系統之著作。本論文係研究有關貿易買賣風險之一部分。
