摘要: 本研究在探索延長國民教育-自願就學高級中等學校實施方案的一些細節的可行性。以大學教師、教育行人員、中學教師、學生家長,及國中學生為對象,其取得有效樣本4106人。問卷題目是取自學者專家在報章雜誌所發表的專論,詢問樣本對每一論點是否贊同。所得資料首先以卡方檢定分析全體各樣本對某一論點是否有一致看法,然後以loglinear的logit模式(以地區別:院、省、縣轄市及鄉鎮,及身份別:中學教師及國中生為自變項,以意見別:合理不合理為依變項)進一步分析意見是否因地區或身份不同而有不同。結果在附錄B呈現全體樣本對某一論點贊同的百分率,此可作為教育決策當局的參考。This study explores the feasibility of the prolongation of free education to 12 years in the Republic of China. Samples were drawn from the faculties of higher education, personnel of educational administration, middle school teachers,students of junior high schools, and parents of junior high school students. The usable samples were 4106. Items of questionaire were extracted from the arguments about the prolongation of free education in the ROC, which were published in the columns of newspapers or in the periodicals. Samples were asked whether they agreed with each argument. The data were analysed with chi-square and loglinear model. The conclusive results are presented in the appendix B. They can be suggestive for the decision-making in carrying out the plan of prolongation of free education to 12 years in this country.
