Abstract

在本文中，透過對文本翻譯的評估捍衛知識產權正義的原則。辯護的基本原理奠基於普通心理學、社會心理學和社會語言學。一如這些原理應用的證據，亦將舉出翻譯在社會上造成影響的歷史事實。

In this paper we defend the principle of intellectual justice to the valuation of the translations done by translators of texts. We base our defense on basic principles of general psychology, social psychology and sociolinguistics. As evidence that confirms the application of those principles we remember historical facts that show the incidence of translations in societies of arrival.
