dc.description.abstract劳动定员管理是劳动经济学的重要研究领域,是企业人力资源规划的重要组成部分,是企业经营管理的基础性工作,对企业的人力资源与管理的开发具有越来越重要的地位。以A机场地勤公司的定员为基础所做的实证研究,提出了民航机场地勤岗位定员模型,填补了国内研究的空白。定员模型可以应用在计划管理、效率管理与成本管理3个方面,对改进国内民航管理具有非常重要的意义。
dc.description.abstractLabor quota management is an important research field of labor economics, and is an important part of human resource planning, and is the basic business management work. It has an increasingly important role in the field of human resource management. Based on an empirical research about the ground sector in the A ariport, we build a labor model of ground departments operating positions of Chinese civil aviation that fills the gaps in the domestic research. The model can be used in program management, efficient management and cost management and is very important to improve the management of the domestic civil aviation.
