The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among teacher's psychological contract, emotional labor, and organization citizenship behavior of junior high schools in Taiwan. Three related questionnaires will be used to measure the major variables while data collected from a sample of teachers from 72 junior high schools. Collected data will be analyzed by SPSS/PC to conduct descriptive statistics, factor analysis, one-way\r\nMANOVA, and the Structural Equation Model (SEM). This study found that a relationship between teacher's\r\npsychological contract and organization citizenship behavior mediated by the condition of the teacher's\r\nemotional labor by testing the indirect effects model of SEM.-
