Abstract: 近年來,跑步是國人最常從事的健身與休閒運動之一,加上穿戴式裝置逐漸成為生活中的新潮流,尤其在健身運動領域呈現蓬勃發展。因此,使用者記錄運動過程的習慣也跟著改變,從手機運動應用程式記錄轉換成穿戴式裝置,讓使用者可以透過穿戴式智慧手錶記錄生理資訊,幫助自己的體能做量化呈現。而穿戴式裝置隨著功能更加擴大,也帶給了使用者更多的便利性。In recent years, running has become one of the most common fitness and leisure activities that people have pursued. Additionally, wearable devices are becoming the new trend in daily life, and there has been tremendous progress, especially in the field of fitness. As a result, the methods used to record exercise activities have changed accordingly. The switch from a smartphone fitness app to a wearable device has enabled users to record physiological information through wearable smartwatches and has helped people quantify their health information. The additional features offered by wearable devices also bring more convenience to users.
