Abstract: 本研究旨在探討「偏鄉學校創新經營與教育特色實踐」的理念設計、運作創新和困境突破。偏鄉學校(rural school)的創新經營(innovation management)如何透過校長領導(leadership of principal)帶動學校團隊(school team),形塑辦學品牌(school brand),創造教育價值(educational valuable),促使偏鄉學校創新經營,發展教育特色,實踐永續校園發展(development of sustainable campus)。This study was design to explore the concept, innovative operation and problem solving of the Rural School Innovation management and practice of Educational Characteristics. Rural school use the leadership of principal to drive through the school team, molding school brand and create educational valuable be part of the innovation management strategic. So that, the rural school can be practice as a development of sustainable campus.
