Abstract: | IoT浪潮使得全球各國目前所面臨是平等的新創機會。台灣必須培養新世代從創新到創業以帶動經濟轉型。本研究是以服務系統觀為脈絡,宏碁基金會為個案,將「服務創新」六構面帶入基金會創新創業專案,剖析其服務創新的實務和歷程。服務創新六構面模型(den Hertog, van der Aa, & de Jong)的六個構面為(1)新服務概念(2)新顧客互動(3)新商業夥伴(4)新獲利模式(5)新傳遞系統:人資、組織、文化(6)新傳遞系統:技術。This research uses the service system as the core concept, and the service innovation model as the analytical framework to describe a star-up project held in the corporate foundation. The six dimensions of service innovation framework (den Hertog, van der Aa, & de Jong,): (1) new service concept; (2) new customer interaction; (3) new value system / business partners; (4) new business model; (5) new organizational service delivery system, and (6) new technological service delivery system, are applied here to examine the service innovation practices and processes. |
