社會創新系統之理論發展

Abstract

許多國家積極推動社會創新，一是反省過度發展資本主義而出現的風險，另則為尋求市場與政府失靈、補捐助減少及照顧弱勢族群的解決方法。隨著社會創新案例與研究的增加，概念化多層面與要素的影響關係，有助促進與其他研究對話及理論化；過去社會創新的研究偏向著重實務現象的歸納與整理，而較少呈現出對既有管理理論意涵的深入探討；而社會創新系統理論的論述也尚在發展中。因此，本研究從創新管理的角度，想瞭解社會創新系統運作的本質為何，並嘗試提出理論性架構來說明影響因素間的互動關聯，以橋接理論與實務之缺口。As the increasing social innovation cases and studies, conceptualizing the influence and relationship of multi-levels and factors is conducive to conversation with other scholars and theorization. Previously, social innovation studies emphasis more on inducing and integrating practical situations, and there were few researches demonstrating the deep exploration of management meaning as well as the social innovation system theories. Therefore, based on innovation management view, this study want to understand what is the operational nature of social innovation system and how dos it works, then we propose a theoretical framework to illustrate how do the factors influence each other so that to bridge the gaps of practices and theories.
