節慶活動的通用設計觀點－以宜蘭綠色博覽會為例

Abstract

本研究旨在探討節慶設計議題，透過文獻探討，討論一般節慶設計原則、以遊客為中心設計原則之不完整，因此引用通用設計的觀點，探討在節慶在空間規劃時，如何滿足各類型遊客參 與節慶活動的需求，以避免在感知、移動或行動上不便的遊客，可能遇到的障礙或問題。本研究 問題有三：一、檢視個案節慶的環境資源規劃及利用情況為何、活動項目的設計取向為何？二、 以通用設計檢視個案在節慶規劃上的實際情況為何？三、探究個案節慶的設計理念與通用設計原 則呼應的情況為何？The aim of this research is to investigate the topic of festival designs. Through literature review, it discussed the imperfection of normal festival design principle and the design principle that took tourists as center. The research uses the perspective of universal design to investigate how to meet the needs of different types of tourists that participate in festival events, in order to avoid bringing obstacles to those who move or sense with difficulty. There are three main questions of the research: 1st, to view the subject’s situation of use and planning on environmental resources; 2nd, to view the subject’s actual situation of festival planning with the universal design perspective; 3rd, to look into the situation whether the design concept is consistent with the universal design principles.
