dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討國民小學校長資料導向決策的理論與實務,透過分析網路程序法(Analytic Network Process, ANP)建構國民小學校長資料導向決策指標的架構。研究結果指出,就決策指標的重要性而言,以「學校願景領導」及「學校教學領導」的指標最為重要。最後,依據研究結果,針對教育實務與未來研究提出建議。
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate the theory and practice of principals’ data-driven decision making (DDDM) at public elementary schools. The study employed the analytic network process (ANP) to construct the indicators for the data-driven decision making of principals. The results showed that “Leadership in School Vision” and “Leadership in School Instruction” were the most important dimensions of principals’ data-driven decision making. Finally, according to the findings, this study proposes suggestions for school practice and future research.
