dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to investigate the theory and practice of principals’ data-driven decision making (DDDM) at public elementary schools. The study employed the analytic network process (ANP) to construct the indicators for the data-driven decision making of principals. The results showed that “Leadership in School Vision” and “Leadership in School Instruction” were the most important dimensions of principals’ data-driven decision making. Finally, according to the findings, this study proposes suggestions for school practice and future research. | |
