| dc.description.abstract | 兩岸在1992年時達成一種便宜行事的默契，雙方對一個中國以口頭的方式進行不同表述。中國強調的是，在事務性協商時擱置一中內涵的爭議，但始終認為國際社會只有一個中國、中華人民共和國是代表全中國的唯一合法政府；臺灣方面則認為，一個中國就是中華民國，中國不應忽視中華民國存在的事實。事實上，這種表述方式隱含兩個中國的定義，這是導致日後九二共識瓦解的重要因素。1993年至2000年兩岸對於九二共識的實踐正好說明這項共識不可能緩和兩岸主權衝突，最終導致九二共識的瓦解。 | - |
