| dc.description.abstract | 由於無線通訊與手持式行動設備（如：手機、PDA、Tablet PC）的日益普及，再加上即時視訊串流(video stream)技術被廣泛的應用，讓使用者可以隨時隨地上網觀看視訊媒體，不再受制於地理位置與行動的限制；然而，由於無線網路頻寬有限、網路錯誤率偏高、換手延遲過長等先天上的限制，加上視訊流具有連續性與即時性，導致在無線網路上傳送視訊資料仍存在著許多挑戰，本文將針對「視訊換手」議題中有關out-ofsynch的問題，作深入探討，並提出「hot-zone」的機制改善之。 | |
