管理評論線上投稿及審查系統之設計

Abstract

藉由線上投稿以及審查論文，以利論文審查時效性及資訊的透明性，便需要一個好的管理評論線上系統。為了使各種不同類型的論文可以找到合適的審查委員是相當重要的，透過網路以及電子郵件可以方便、迅速、正確地選擇想要的審查委員。從論文投稿直到審查結束各個階段的處理進度都會公佈在網站上，不僅使投稿者能快速、確實地得知處理進度而且管理者亦可經由簡易的操作完成所有審查步驟。由於管理評論線上系統是以物件導向式設計，可以套用一些簡單的物件於系統中，使得設計及修改容易並且管理者可以容易管理資料庫的資料。在管理評論線上系統中，包含了論文投稿、審查以及編排分類，將接受的論文依照期卷分類，使瀏覽者便於依照時間及論文的種類或期卷作論文查詢，以利論文的尋找。

Online submission of thesis and online assessment of the same by professors is very important in academia today. To provide the above functionality, we need a complete online management review system which is time efficient and transparent. A dissertation examination committee consisting of professors of different fields is formed so that appropriate examiners are available for assessment of different types of dissertations; the papers are sent to examiners via e-mail. All stages of assessment, from a paper`s submission to the end of its assessment, are published online; this allows the author to view the progress of assessment of his paper, and it also allows the administrator easy management and completion of the review procedure. Since the online management review system is designed based on object-orientation, simple objects are used for easy designing and improvement of the system. Moreover, object-orientation allows the administrator to easily manage the database. The online management review system includes dissertation submission, its assessment and classification. The dissertations are classified according to date, volume and category allowing people browsing the web to search for dissertations by date, volume or category.
