| dc.description.abstract | Linux 可以用來架設許多種類的伺服器，路由器為其中之一的選擇，而卻不用花到什麼錢，如果你有多餘的 PC 和網路卡、網路線等，甚至不用，而Linux 本身更是免費的。那究竟這樣的做法有沒什麼缺點，適合在什麼環境之下，它的能力如何就是我們這篇文章的主題。我們花了些許時間實際架設 Linux 路由器並 trace 核心有關 IP 路由的原始程式以了解其運作，並試圖利用現有的函式量測這部份所花的時間，且利用 SmartBits 2000測量 Linux 路由器的 latency 和 throughput。 | |
