| dc.description.abstract | 近年來，台灣在網路方面的建設有大幅度的成長，網路的使用人口也不斷增加。網路使用不受限制的精神，使得網路上包含了大量不必要或不適合的內容。國外在解決資訊分級問題方面較具規模與影響力的是由W3C（World Wide Web Consortium）[6]所推動的PICS 協定。而對於網路分級所使用的分級資訊，本篇論文提出了一套計算分級族群差異的演算方式，藉由其中的人工智慧機制，有效地由使用者分級行為找出社會族群的差異，並且歸納出分級族群所具有的特性。並藉由整合Label Bureau 與Proxy 代理人伺服器的功能，將分級資訊有效地散佈。 | |
