摘要: 2016年被稱為「直播+電商」模式的元年。阿里巴巴集團的執行長張勇先生稱電商直播是「以互動為代表、直播為載體,將消費娛樂化進行到底」的新型服務。網路直播突破了時間與空間的雙重限制,其所具有的即時性、互動性、真實性等特點,是其他行銷方式無可比擬的優勢,為消費者創造了全新的購物體驗。然而,直播雖為電商平台帶來了種種好處,這一嘗試目前還存在了太多的未知與風險。電商直播,作為行銷商品的手段,其內容與形式都不同於傳統的網路直播節目。推銷產品是電商平台所固有的驅動性,當直播染上商業色彩,閱聽人在觀看電商直播時的動機,相較於觀看傳統網路直播節目的動機必然有所差異。電商直播雖為一種說服消費者購買產品的溝通活動,但並不是強迫消費者被動觀看的廣告形式,電商直播的觀眾,是主動觀看、主動參與的,甚至還會自發地與直播的店家產生多種多樣的互動。那麼,人們使用電商直播的動機為何?又會為了滿足需求而產生怎樣的使用行為?\r\n本研究以使用與滿足作為理論架構,結合網路直播媒介的特性與社群行銷的概念,探討使用者對於電商直播的使用動機、使用行為以及滿足程度,採用質性與量化結合的方法。在研究的第一階段採用深度訪談法,以中國大陸電商直播平台的六位高頻率使用者作為訪談對象,挖掘受訪者對於電商直播詳細的使用動機與使用行為;在研究的第二階段採用問卷調查法,整合訪談內容與文獻資料以設計問卷,針對近一年內曾經觀看、參與過中國大陸的電商直播的使用者進行問卷調查。本文結合兩個階段的研究結果討論了使用者對電商直播的使用與滿足。\r\n研究發現,使用者對電商直播的使用動機包括「資訊動機」、「社群互動性動機」、「休閒娛樂動機」;使用行為有「瀏覽」、「按讚」、「回覆」、「關注」四種方式。使用電商直播的三種動機均對使用頻率有著正向影響,使用動機與所對應的滿足的獲得之間也存在高度的正向關聯性。並且,使用者的外向性特質與開放性特質,對其使用電商直播的動機、行為及滿足程度,均具有正向的預測性。
